Do You Have What it Takes to Deliver Simply Delightful Music Lessons?

Our ideal franchisee is someone who wants to make a difference in their community, is passionate about music and excited to impact the lives of kids, families, and adults through music. We're looking for franchisee candidates with the following characteristics:

Passion for music
Strong communication and sales skills
Excited to build a team of professional musicians
Optimistic and enthusiastic
High standards of excellence
Ability to follow Musicologie's brand standards
Belief in Musicologie's mission and philosophy of education
Desire to impact their community

You need to have a minimum net worth of $250k with at least $50k in liquidity. We love working with musicians, but you don't need to be a musician to own a Musicologie. You do have to love music and love being around musicians. We're a unique franchise because our people are unique. We're looking for business-minded franchisee candidates who can thrive in and contribute to our unique culture.

Why You SHOULDN'T Invest in Musicologie

The Musicologie team is mission-driven. We've dedicated our lives to music education. We're here for the long haul. We want to work with franchisees who feel the same way and are going into this with eyes wide open. Here are some reasons to NOT franchise with Musicologie.

You don't like working with people. Our community of people is what makes Musicologie what it is. Families, kids, students, teachers, managers, and franchisees - we think of them all as our clients and work to deliver a simply delightful experience to each of them every day.
You don't want to follow a system. If you want complete freedom to create whatever you want, a franchise is not for you. Musicologie is here so you don't have to reinvent the wheel. You can go into business for yourself but not by yourself. Our systems--from our Franchise Agreement, to our brand standards manuals, to our policies and processes--have been carefully developed over years to protect all of our stakeholders and consistently deliver a simply delightful experience.
You want instant success. Building a business, even with all the support Musicologie provides, will take time. Our students stay with us for years and our membership revenue model provides predictable income. But you have to be willing to consistently invest in your community and your neighborhood and build the foundation of your Musicologie.
You're not financially qualified. If you don't meet our financial qualifications, you won't be able to invest what you need to in order to grow your business.
